Job summary

The Morgan Group in Florida seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain property grounds, perform repairs, and assist with pool care under standard procedures.

This role requires a reliable team member who can handle multiple tasks, follow safety guidelines, and deliver quality service to residents while upholding the company’s standards and values.

Experience in general maintenance and customer service is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• Experience in pool care and general maintenance.
• Good organizational skills and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance procedures and Team Member Handbook.
• Ensure property grounds and common areas are clean and in good repair.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Assist with pool care and maintenance as required.
