Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our community in Wichita, Kansas, to ensure that homes and community areas are properly maintained. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience and a strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid operator's license and good driving record required.

• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Maintain order and appearance of garage and storage areas.
