Job summary

Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Washington Estates community in Washington County, PA. This full-time position includes general grounds maintenance, basic home repairs, and ensuring community areas are well-kept.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a valid operator’s license, and strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Promote goodwill by handling all contacts with residents and visitors.
