Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain property interiors and exteriors, ensuring safety and cleanliness per the company’s standards. You will handle routine upkeep, repairs, and resident-requested work orders across multifamily properties.

The role requires following safety policies, coordinating with the maintenance team, and supporting cost-control by using parts wisely. On-site work with flexible hours and visits to common areas and amenities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Prepare vacant homes for leasing and manage punch list items.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Document work and report re-ordering needs to supervisor.
