Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the interior and exterior of our Charlotte community. You will perform routine repairs, respond to resident maintenance requests, and help keep grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition.

You will diagnose issues, follow safety policies, document work, and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and quality service. The role requires strong hands-on skills and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA refrigerant certifications required.
• Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals and schematics.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Good communication with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, amenities, and buildings.
• Diagnose defects and repair in accordance with safety standards.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and coordinate with contractors.
• Maintain inventory and document tasks accurately.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
