Catlin Commercial is seeking a dependable Handyman to maintain commercial and residential properties in the Brunswick/Topsham area. This part-time role offers potential to grow into full-time with negotiable pay based on skills and experience.

You will perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across various buildings, using a full set of tools, with emphasis on safety and courteous service for tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in general property maintenance and multi-trade troubleshooting.
• Own a complete set of standard hand and power tools.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Active COI required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring.
• Manage tenant work orders with clear communication.
• Complete turn-key turnovers for vacant units.
• Perform mini-split HVAC tune-ups and preventative maintenance.
• Install and repair appliances using diagnostic techniques.
• Oversee exterior maintenance and seasonal projects.
