White Bark Property Management is seeking a reliable Handyman focused on Building Maintenance & Property Improvements to support our residential and commercial properties. You’ll be versatile, value quality work, and handle scheduled maintenance and on-the-spot repairs.

This role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for training, competitive salary, and health insurance. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or maintenance technician.
• Strong masonry repair skills (brick, block, concrete, stucco).
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across multiple properties.
• Handle minor plumbing issues and leak detection.
• Replace light fixtures, switches, and outlets; basic troubleshooting.
• Carpentry tasks like trim installation and cabinet repairs.
• Masonry work, painting touch-ups, exterior maintenance.
• Inspect properties and respond to maintenance requests.
• Ensure safety, follow codes, and maintain organized workspace.
