Maintenance Technician

Apartment community in North Berwick seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team on a part-time (24 hours per week) basis. Under direction will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the building, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All members of the maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar.
