Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s maintenance program and uphold its value. This role focuses on interior and exterior upkeep and delivers excellent resident service as a team player under the Maintenance Supervisor.

The technician assists with repairs, preventative maintenance, and inventory while adhering to company policies. Weekend/on-call availability is required; safety and confidentiality are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with the maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with organizing and implementing a successful turn.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
