Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections of the property.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
• Report time and attendance; maintain documentation.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner and assist with emergencies on weekends/after hours.
