Job summary

Dial Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more in our Elkhorn community. You will complete service requests, prep vacant units for move-in, and maintain safety and quality standards while interacting with residents to resolve concerns.

This role requires strong teamwork, on-call flexibility, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be age 18 or older
• At least one year experience in property management maintenance
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry.
• Complete service requests safely and promptly according to standards.
• Prepare vacant units to be rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Maintain high customer service standards and address resident concerns until resolved.
• Assist with emergencies and promote safe work practices among staff.
