Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support management in keeping the property clean, safe and attractive for residents in Los Angeles. The role involves maintaining vacant apartments and common areas, doing daily cleaning of laundry, pools, restrooms, and the leasing office, and assisting with upkeep of facilities.

You will paint vacant patios, touch up units, take part in exterior painting, and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; previous property management experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in maintaining high occupancy by appearance of vacant apartments and common areas.
• Daily cleaning of laundry areas, pool areas, restrooms and other common areas.
• Paint and clean vacant patios and touch up vacant apartments.
• Exterior painting and cleaning including parking stops and curbs.
• Participate in upkeep of facilities (pools, fixtures, drains) as directed.
• Answer after-hours emergency calls as requested.
• Attend company events as needed.
