Qualifications

• 1 year of property maintenance experience.
• Basic proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.).
• Own tools and reliable vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Legally able to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performing maintenance repairs and unit turns.
• Document progress in Yardi mobile app.
• Conduct daily property walks to identify hazards and collect debris.
• Maintain general repair, upkeep, and cleanliness of property, including grounds.
• Perform tasks as directed by Site or Regional Manager.
