Green Hill Associates Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multi-family affordable housing project in Salem, OR. The role focuses on maintaining the property per safety standards, performing unit turns and basic repairs, and supporting a clean, safe living environment.

This full-time, 40-hour week (Monday–Friday) position offers benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, PTO and holidays. Experience in property maintenance and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Own tools and a reliable vehicle; ability to travel within property sites.

Responsabilités

• Respond to tenant requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performing maintenance repairs and unit turns.
• Document progress in Yardi mobile app.
• Conduct daily property walks and address health and safety issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of property and common areas.
