Green Hill Associates Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multi-family affordable housing project in St. Helens, OR.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with compensation in the $24-28/hour DOE range. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of property maintenance experience, basic carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair skills, plus own tools and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet) and ability to learn required mobile apps.

Responsabilités

• Respond to tenant/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance repairs and unit turns.
• Conduct and execute daily duties, work orders, and service requests and document progress in Yardi mobile app.
• Conduct daily property walks to identify health and safety issues and debris.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the property, including grounds and common areas.
• Perform tasks requested by Site Manager or Regional Manager.
