Green Hill Associates Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multi-family affordable housing project in Sutherlin, OR. The role focuses on keeping properties in good repair, performing unit turns, basic plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairs, and grounds maintenance.

You will work 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan with employer match, PTO, and holidays.

Formación

• 1 year of property maintenance experience or related field.
• Basic carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair skills.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and using mobile apps.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to tenant/management requests and work orders for community spaces and units promptly.
• Assist with scheduling and performing maintenance repairs and unit turns.
• Document progress in Yardi mobile app and record service activities.
• Conduct daily property walks to identify health and safety issues and debris.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the property, grounds, and common areas.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Site or Regional Manager.
