Zusammenfassung

Viridian Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multi-family affordable housing portfolio in Marysville, WA. The role handles unit turns, basic plumbing/electrical, painting and general repairs while upholding safety standards.

This full-time position offers 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri) with a wage of $27–$30/hour DOE plus mileage allowance and a full benefits package. Valid driver’s license and own tools are required.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Basic proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet) and ability to learn required mobile apps.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Legally qualified to work in the US.

Aufgaben

• Respond to tenant/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of all maintenance repairs and unit turns.
• Conduct daily duties, work orders, and service requests, and document progress in Yardi mobile app.
• Perform daily property walks to identify health and safety issues and maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Responsible for general repair, upkeep and cleanliness of the property including grounds and all common areas.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities requested by Site Manager or Regional Manager.
