Job summary

Panther Residential Management is seeking a diligent Maintenance/Service Technician responsible for the upkeep, safety, and appearance of our residential communities. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, preventative tasks, and apartment turns while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintenance certifications or technical training preferred.
• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns.
• Diagnose issues and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance.
• Prepare vacant homes for new residents and ensure quality checks and turn readiness.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and overall community appearance.
• Follow safety policies, OSHA regulations, and document work orders accurately.
