Job summary

Panther Residential Management is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician to maintain the community's physical condition, safety, and appearance and to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and apartment turns. The role emphasizes excellent resident service and adherence to safety policies.

The technician will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance tasks while documenting work orders and supporting overall property operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade or maintenance certifications preferred.
• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall and general building upkeep.
• Complete service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents and coordinate turn activities.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal across the community.
• Document work orders and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
