Responsibilities include general repairs, painting, and coordinating with contractors as necessary. The role also requires participating in an on-call rotation shared among maintenance technicians.

Requirements:

1. Previous maintenance experience
2. Essential tools for maintenance tasks
3. Mechanically inclined
4. Proficiency in carpentry, light plumbing, and electrical work (strongly desired)
