Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Boone to join the Property Management Team. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and capable of solving problems to support a fast-changing workplace.

Responsibilities include HVAC maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical tasks, tool use, and servicing hot tubs across sites; flexibility to work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and travel between sites with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask.
• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record and own vehicle to use between sites.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Must be a steady, reliable worker and self-motivated.
• Must communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC-related maintenance tasks and troubleshooting.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and general facility upkeep.
• Operate power tools safely and effectively.
• Coordinate virtual guest maintenance requests and meet-and-greet as needed.
• Service hot tubs at multiple sites.

Our client in Boone is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Property Management Team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated and able to solve problems which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: We have positions in Boone!

Pay Range: $17/hour + with experience

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

What’s the Job?

• Working knowledge of HVAC
• Knowledge of Plumbing, electrical, technology set up
• Use of Power Tools
• Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests, and meet and greet
• Be able to service Hot Tubs

What’s Needed?

• Must be able to multitask
• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record- along with your own vehicle to use at work between sites.
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Must be a steady, reliable worker and self-motivated
• Must be able to communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees and guests.
