Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the interior and exterior of our properties. You will complete work orders, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure common areas, grounds, and amenities meet safety and appearance standards.

You'll collaborate with on-site teams, schedule vendors, manage inventories, and uphold safety policies while providing responsive service to residents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with property management systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs maintenance tasks to keep buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas in good condition.
• Completes work orders and repairs promptly, following safety policies and codes.
• Maintains inventory and assists in vendor coordination and inspections.
• Supports safety training and documents work performed for records.

Formation

High school diploma or GED

Outils

EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Valid driver's license

Property management system experience
