Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring property buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and cleanliness standards. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and support maintenance tasks to uphold Company standards.

You will handle make-ready, inventory, and safety procedures, while collaborating with on-site teams. Strong communication and reliability are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Perform routine property maintenance and repairs.
• Complete pre-move‑in and punch lists for vacant units.
• Manage materials and inventory from maintenance shop.
• Document work orders and maintain records.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Assist in contractor inspections to ensure quality.
