Job summary

Radiant Asset Management of Florida is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This is a multi-location role servicing centrally located multi-family communities in Brooksville, FL.

You will perform repairs, coordinate vendors, inspect units, and assist tenants while staying within budget. A 3-mile travel radius is typical; overtime may be required, and housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years on-site apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform service requests and routine maintenance across properties.
• Report completed service orders via smartphone app.
• Conduct unit inspections and punch work.
• Coordinate with vendors for turns and rehabs.
• Interact professionally with tenants.
• Work within budget guidelines.
• Travel to properties within a 3-mile radius.
