Job summary

Radiant Asset Management of Florida is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to support our multi-family communities in Brooksville, FL. This full-time role requires hands-on maintenance across multiple properties with a focus on responsive service and tenant comfort.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of apartment maintenance experience, strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs, and the ability to coordinate vendors for turns and rehabs.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification is a plus.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.
• Able to interact professionally with tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform service requests and routine maintenance across properties.
• Report completed work via smartphone app.
• Conduct unit inspections and punch work.
• Coordinate vendors for unit turns and rehabs.
• Work with tenants professionally during service visits.
• Travel within Brooksville area, within 3 miles radius.
• Adhere to budget guidelines.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies when needed.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This is a multi-location position working across centrally located multi-family apartment communities in Brooksville, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Perform service requests and routine general maintenance
• Properly report completed service requests through a smartphone app
• Conduct unit inspections and punch work
• Maintain vendor relations; coordinate and schedule vendors for unit turns/rehabs
• Interact with tenants professionally during service work
• Work within budget guidelines
• Travel to properties within a 3-mile radius

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of apartment maintenance experience (required)
• Strong proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• HVAC and/or EPA Certification a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with smartphones for service order & time reporting
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors year-round
• Ability to lift/move heavy items (including appliances) as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
• Cell phone with ability to respond to after-hours emergencies if needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
• Ability to manage multiple vendors during unit turns/rehabs

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time | Generally Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Hours may vary based on property needs
• Overtime required for emergencies, including some evenings/weekends
• Salary commensurate with experience
