Qualifications

• EPA certification.
• Prior apartment maintenance experience.

• Fundamentals of mechanical systems.
• Able to organize, prioritize and plan your day.
• Common use of computer skills; able to use a smart phone (Yardi Mobile app).
• Ability to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Maintain property curb appeal.
• Assist and perform all aspects of the property’s maintenance, including grounds, housekeeping, preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Interior and exterior maintenance of common areas.
• Accessing flats or low slope roofs, attics, crawl spaces; use of ladders.
• Manage recycling and trash including enclosures and compactor rooms.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup (snow/ice).
• Clean common areas and amenities.
• Make-ready including cleaning and painting (interior/exterior).
• Light audits and light bulb replacement.
• Maintain and inspect shop, storerooms, equipment, and golf carts.
• Attend meetings and required trainings.
• Assist at other communities as needed.
• Clean, vacuum & balance pools.
• Other duties as assigned.
