Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years in property management.
• HVAC and/or CPO license preferred.
• Proficient electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair knowledge.
• English reading/writing/speaking with good organizational skills.
• Five-day onsite workweek with on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Prepare vacant units, paint, clean, and repair items for new residents.
• Inspect property and follow a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Respond to emergency requests and be on-call as needed, including evenings/weekends.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper documentation of work orders.
