Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance in apartments and common areas.
• Ability to complete service requests within 24 hours, excluding emergencies.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, life safety regulations.
• EPA Type 2 Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess basic hand tools.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive and corrective maintenance in apartments, common areas, equipment, and pools.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours, except emergencies.
• Prioritize maintenance requests based on urgency and potential damage.
• Maintain curb appeal and access paths.
• Assist in inventory management by alerting supervisor when stock is depleted.
• Keep storage and shop areas neat and organized.
• Maintain operations in absence of maintenance supervisor.
• Participate in a seven-day, 24-hour rotating on-call schedule.
