GGP Meadow Glen is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Glendale, AZ. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and machinery maintenance to ensure safe, comfortable homes for residents.

Strong customer service, teamwork, and reliable communication are essential. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–2 years in property maintenance preferred, and a valid driver’s license may be needed.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Commercial or multi-unit residential properties.
• High School Diploma/GED; 3–4 years can offset education requirements.
• HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.
• Strong communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
• Weekend work possible (Sat/Sun); English communication required.

Responsabilidades

• HVAC repairs, cleaning, parts replacement and maintenance.
• Plumbing repairs and installations (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Carpentry repairs and installations (doors, shelves, countertops).
• Painting of drywall/plaster; general repairs.
• Electrical work and appliance maintenance; lighting and circuits.
• Machinery maintenance (belts, pumps, fans); other duties as assigned.
• Provide exceptional customer service as a priority.
