Qualifications
- 1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience.
- A valid driver's license.
- Able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call duties.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
- Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments.
- Completing resident service requests promptly.
- Carpentry, plumbing and painting tasks.
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks.
- Conducting move in/move out inspections.
- Ensuring inventory levels for required parts.
- Keeping the service shop clean and organized.
- Maintaining indoor common areas and exterior grounds including snow removal.
- Adhering to fair housing policies.
