Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Seattle, WA to maintain the physical aspects of the property, ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality across grounds and common areas. You will handle routine maintenance, respond to service requests, and support upkeep to meet company standards.

The role includes completing work orders, preparing vacants for leasing, documenting activities, and assisting with safety programs while accommodating a flexible schedule and on-call

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local certifications as required by jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects from resident service requests and perform repairs per safety standards.
• Complete the 'make-ready' tasks for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track inventory and retrieve materials from the maintenance department; notify when re-ordering is needed.
• Document work orders accurately to ensure proper reporting and tracking.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts when possible and handling tools properly.
