• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs.
• Inspect grounds, units, and buildings and report risks to Site Manager.
• Observe all Fair Housing rules and regulations.
• Handle emergencies according to Fitch Irick policies.
• Document incidents and assist with insurance reporting.
• Maintain inventory and storage of supplies and equipment.
• Complete unit turnovers and update turnover checklists.
• Ensure safety logs comply with OSHA and company policies.
• Timely reporting of maintenance requests and accurate records.
