Vidalta Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician to preserve the property assets and ensure units and common areas are in excellent working order. The role emphasizes fast, safe, and high-quality make-ready turns with strong customer service and teamwork.

You will diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, maintain safety compliance, and manage work orders with attention to detail. A 2–3 year background in property maintenance and relevant certifications are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical or vocational training is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, or a related field.
• Certification in HVAC, CPO (Certified Pool Operator), or other specialized trades is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to service requests and prioritize emergencies.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Complete make-ready work on vacant units within 7 days of vacancy.
• Maintain safety standards and records.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
