Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in property/apartment maintenance or related field.
• HVAC certification or CPO/trade certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and prioritize emergencies.
• Perform routine and complex repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Execute make-ready (unit turnover) tasks within 7 days of vacancy.
• Conduct pre-move-in inspections and create comprehensive punch lists.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance across properties.
