Job summary

Lynd Management Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Houston, TX to lead the maintenance team and ensure the repair and upkeep of apartment facilities. You will manage service requests, coordinate with vendors, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling work, performing preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and essential equipment, inspecting units, and supervising staff to meet leasing demands. On-call duties may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years in facility maintenance or repair.
• EPA Type II or Universal license and CPO certification required.
• Trade school or military training considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing market-ready apartments, including painting, flooring, housekeeping, and repairs.
• Schedule tasks for maintenance staff and ensure work orders and make-ready units meet timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for assigned work and report major needs to the Property Manager.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and service critical equipment (HVAC, water heaters, pumps).
• Complete move-in inspections, check appliances, fixtures, and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly, prioritize, and document work order status.
