Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical appearance and integrity of the apartment community.
• Ensure clean and comfortable living environment for residents and visitors.
• Complete apartment make-ready tasks such as painting, appliance servicing, plumbing and electrical work, and repairs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, lighting, plumbing, and major equipment and perform repairs with approval.
• Maintain an organized maintenance shop and inventory of tools and supplies.
• Maintain curb appeal through lawn care.
• Attend after-hours emergency calls as assigned.
