Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service a 330-unit community in Daytona Beach, FL. You will diagnose and repair issues, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with budgeting and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety and quality standards while supporting resident satisfaction and timely move-ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine maintenance.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and punch lists.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance standards of grounds, exteriors and interiors.
