Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our Townhome communities in the Town of Florida area. You will diagnose and repair issues across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet our standards for safety, cleanliness, and functioning facilities.

This role requires completing work orders from resident requests, performing make-readies for new move-ins, tracking inventory, and supporting safety programs.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• State and Local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests for service and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials and track inventory, returning unused items and notifying reorders.

Education

EPA Certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

State and Local certifications as required

Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
