Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking an on-site Property Manager to oversee a specific apartment community and perform standard maintenance duties. The role combines operations leadership with resident relations and budget accountability.

The successful candidate will manage applications, lease renewals, rent collections, and compliance while supervising maintenance and landscaping to maintain curb appeal and occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• EPA certification preferred; CPO certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software required.

Responsibilities

• Direct property operations in a cost effective manner.
• Maintain occupancy levels in line with budget.
• Process applications, renewals, and provide information to compliance.
• Supervise rent collection, ledgers, deposits and petty cash.
• Pursue delinquent rents and coordinate with collection agency.
• Direct marketing and leasing activities to maintain occupancy.
• Supervise maintenance staff and repairs, and landscaping duties.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
