Job summary

You will supervise maintenance, leasing, and resident relations while ensuring occupancy targets are met and standards upheld. This position requires 1 year of experience and a GED or higher, with CAM/ARM recommended.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience.
• CAM, ARM or similar certification recommended.
• Language Skills – Read, write, speak and interpret rules, procedures, and reports; communicate with groups of employees and residents.
• Math Skills – Basic arithmetic, rate and percentages, basic graphs.
• Reasoning Skills – Apply common sense to instructions and problems.

Responsibilities

• Direct property operations and staff in a cost‑effective manner.
• Develop and manage annual budget.
• Maintain occupancy levels according to budget.
• Hire staff, manage performance and address employee relations.
• Manage, motivate and develop staff.
• Process applications, re-certifications and provide required information to compliance.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Supervise rent collection, ledgers, deposits and petty cash.
• Pursue delinquent rents and evictions and coordinate with collections.
• Provide account information to the Regional Supervisor.
• Direct marketing and leasing activities and maintain occupancy.
• Supervise resident relations and enforce community rules.
• Supervise maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Supervise landscaping and snowplowing.
• Collaborate with Regional Supervisor to meet budget objectives.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Other duties as assigned.
