Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property’s maintenance team at Cedar Flats in Puyallup, WA. You will oversee repairs, make-readies, and preventative maintenance while ensuring safety and OSHA compliance. You will manage service requests, coordinate with vendors, monitor inventory, and assist with budgeting.

A high school diploma, 2 years of supervisory maintenance experience, and relevant certifications are preferred. U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

• This job requires diagnosing problems and making repairs across electrical, plumbing, exterior, and appliance systems.
• Experience with tub replacement and interior upgrades such as countertops.
• Ability to manage daily work orders and apartment turns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and schedule activities including make-readies.
• Monitor service requests and prioritize emergencies as top priority.
• Communicate assignments and monitor workload for timely completion.
• Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance on appliances and equipment.
• Manage make ready process, coordinate with vendors, and report completion.
• Maintain and update OneSite records for service requests and PMs.
• Identify safety issues and report or correct them with Community Manager.
• Assist in recruiting and mentoring maintenance staff.
