Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a Renton, WA community. You will oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with management on vendor work and inventories.

The ideal candidate has HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, along with supervisory experience. Attitude and reliability are essential for maintaining property standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks, including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
