Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units and move-ins.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areas.
• Inspects work by other team members and contractors for quality and safety.
• Maintains inventory and supports cost-control through proper use of materials.
• Conducts safety meetings and ensures OSHA/MSDS compliance.
• Delivers courteous, responsive service to residents and maintenance team.
