Job Description

• Position: Property Management Maintenance Supervisor
• Salary: Competitive salary and bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all onsite maintenance functions for a multifamily residential apartment community
• Oversee the physical condition of the property, including vacant units, common areas, and amenities
• Complete work orders, vacant unit turns, and special projects promptly
• Supervise and assign daily duties to maintenance staff
• Perform preventative maintenance and handle special projects
• Maintain 24-hour on-call availability
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the property or regional manager

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (2+ years)
• HVAC Certification
• CPO Certification
• Experience with A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Ability to read/write in English and understand directives
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Flexible work hours, including weekends as needed
