PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage all onsite maintenance functions for a multifamily residential apartment community.
2. Oversee the physical condition of the property, including vacant units, common areas, and amenities.
3. Complete work orders, vacant unit turns, and special projects promptly, meeting all deadlines.
4. Supervise and assign daily duties to maintenance staff.
5. Conduct preventative maintenance and manage special projects.
6. Maintain a 24-hour on-call schedule.
7. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the property or regional manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (minimum 2 years).
• HVAC Certification.
• CPO Certification.
• Experience with A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
• Ability to read/write in English and understand directives orally and in writing.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Work hours are scheduled based on property needs and may include weekends and varied schedules.
