Job summary

AvantStay is hiring an experienced Maintenance Agent to ensure property upkeep meets company and legal standards. You will troubleshoot issues, repair and replace items, and help with general home improvements at multiple properties.

A 2-3 year background in property maintenance is required, along with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. You must live within proximity to assigned AvantStay properties and be ready to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property management, hotel, or apartment complex maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and handle home upkeep tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and landscaping basics.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local hospitality & maintenance teams to complete requests.
• Repair furniture, unclog drains, paint, and replace broken items at properties.
• Document maintenance and billing details in the task management system.
• Maintain storage and assist in onboarding new properties with basic installations.
