Job summary

AvantStay in Utah—Park City area—is seeking a Maintenance Agent to keep our high‑end group stays safe, clean, and fully functional. You’ll troubleshoot basic to intermediate issues, repair furniture, and perform general home improvement tasks at our properties.

You will inspect properties, coordinate with local teams, document work in our system, and install basic security components. A driver’s license and 2–3 years of property maintenance experience are required, plus our own tools and weekend

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property management, hotel, or apartment complex maintenance.
• Must provide your own tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local hospitality & maintenance teams to complete maintenance requests.
• Repair furniture, unclog drains, paint, and replace broken items.
• Prioritize and resolve maintenance issues for guest arrival homes.
• Thoroughly document all maintenance and billing details in our task management system.
• Install basic security components (doorbells, cameras, etc).
