Job summary

AvantStay is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to be the go-to person for upkeep across our short-term rental properties, including residential and boutique hotels. You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances and more while managing routine tasks and safety checks.

You’ll work hands-on most of the time and coordinate with local managers and 3rd party vendors, documenting work orders and maintaining supplies to ensure guest satisfaction and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in property management, hotel, or apartment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues with Area Manager.
• Repair furniture, unclog drains, paint, replace broken items.
• Prioritize issues before guest arrivals and during stays.
• 80% hands-on maintenance.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and obtain quotes.
• Document maintenance and billing in the task system.
• Maintain organization of supplies in storage.
• Assist onboarding of new properties and install basic security components.
