Job summary

AvantStay is seeking an experienced Maintenance Agent to ensure property upkeep meets company standards and legal requirements. You will troubleshoot issues, repair components, and perform general home-improvement tasks at our properties.

A 2–3 year background in property maintenance and a valid driver's license are required. Must reside within a short drive of our properties in the designated area and be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

2–3 years of property maintenance experience.
Driver's license and valid auto insurance.
Ability to access markets within 20–30 minutes by vehicle.

Responsibilities

Partner with local hospitality & maintenance teams to complete maintenance requests.
Repair furniture, unclog drains, paint, and replace broken items at properties.
Prioritize and proactively resolve maintenance issues for guest arrival homes.
Document all maintenance and billing details in the task management system.
Maintain organization of supplies and tools in storage (furniture, lamps, etc.).
Assist in onboarding new properties with basic maintenance and security installations.
Move heavy objects and be on your feet for extended periods.
