Job summary

Vest Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose and repair issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete the make-ready process for new move-ins.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policies and codes.
• Carries out make-ready process for vacant apartments, coordinating vendors and inspections.
• Manages materials, tools, and inventory; reports reorder needs to supervisor.
• Documents work and maintains accurate service records.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
